What we collect about you

• Google Analytics, only if you accept it. It records pages viewed, approximate location from IP, referrer, and device type. IP anonymisation is on. Decline and no analytics cookies are set — consent defaults to denied before the tag loads.
• Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and first-party. It counts page views and performance timings and does not profile visitors.
• Search terms are recorded in aggregate so we know what people come here for. They are not tied to a visitor identifier, and we do not build a record of who looked up whom.

There is no account system, no advertising, no data sold or shared, and no fingerprinting. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

What we publish about property owners

Names, addresses and valuations on this site are public record, published by the New York City Department of Finance and republished here without alteration. We do not add photographs of private individuals scraped from social media, and we do not estimate anyone’s wealth. Everything shown beyond the roll itself carries a link to the public record it came from.

If you believe a record here is inaccurate, the source files are linked on the method page. Valuation challenges and exemption claims go to DOF and the NYC Tax Commission.
